Q. What area do you cover?
A. Nation wide, however there are some areas we are unable to cover most cities in the England, so please call to us to confirm.

Q. Can I cover my properties if they is managed by an Agent.
A. Yes, We can liase with all parties involved. Any scheduling of appointments can be done directly with the Tenant or Agent if directed to do so.

Q. When will the cover commence?
A. Your cover will commence after the initial inspection by the engineer; normal one month after you have subscribed to your cover care plan, subject to our standard terms and conditions. Any remedial work that may be required must also be carried out. An estimate will be provided for any extra works if required before your cover is valid.

Q. How do I pay for remedial work?
A. Remedial works will can b.e book from your account at a discounted rate, our engineers will advise how many how work is required and if any parts. Parts will need paying for as directed by our engineer or customer service.

Q. Will I be Issue with a Certificate.
A. Yes a on your initial inspection a Landlords/home owners Gas safety report will be carried out this is the leaglally required document Landlords require every year to certify the gas appliance/s are Gas safe. This will be provided in your Heat firm account online, an electronic copy will be in the diary entry of the property inspected, you can access it by clicking the View LGSR link at the bottom of the comments page..

Q. What if I don’t want to go ahead with the service after the initial inspection.
A. Any remedial works that are a required must be corrected by us prior commencement of the Cover care agreement. If you choose not to go ahead then our standard charge for the landlord certificate and any servicing work will be payable in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Q. Is VAT included in the monthy fees.
A. Yes VAT is included in the fees

Q. Do you cover boilers over 10 years old.                                                                                       A. Yes we do
